Clients can submit an IB Change Request directly through the Client Portal if they wish to place their trading account under a different Introducing Broker (IB).
How to Submit an IB Change Request
Log in to your Client Portal
Go to Profile
Select IB Change Request
Choose Change IB
Enter:
The IB number
The email address of the IB you wish to be assigned to
Tick the checkbox to confirm that you accept the rebate structure of the selected IB
Click Continue to submit your request
What Happens Next
Your request will be reviewed by the relevant team
Once the request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation
