You can withdraw funds from your OneRoyal Wallet at any time by following the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Portal
Access your account using your registered email and password.
Step 2: Go to the Withdrawal Section
In the left-side menu, navigate to:
Funds → Withdraw Funds
Step 3: Select Your Wallet
Choose the Wallet you wish to withdraw from in the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Choose Your Withdrawal Method
You will see a list of available withdrawal methods.
The available methods depend on your country of registration.
Click your preferred method and then select Continue.
Step 5: Upload Your Payment Method Details
For security and compliance reasons, you may be asked to upload verification of your payment method.
Important: Withdrawals must always be sent back to the original deposit source, following anti–money laundering (AML) regulations.
Step 6: Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Type the amount you wish to withdraw and review your request.
Step 7: Submit and Confirm
Click Continue to complete your withdrawal request.
You will receive an email confirmation once the request is submitted.
