Currency conversion can occur when a deposit or withdrawal is made in a currency that is not supported by the selected payment method.
What Are “Unavailable Currencies”?
“Unavailable currencies” are currencies that a specific payment service provider does not support directly for a given payment method.
While OneRoyal’s payment service providers accept a wide range of currencies, some providers:
Only support specific base currencies, or
Apply a conversion process when an unsupported currency is used
In such cases, a currency conversion fee may be charged by the payment provider.
How Can I Check Which Currencies Are Available?
To avoid unexpected conversion fees:
Review the Available Currencies column shown under each payment method in the Client Portal
Make sure the currency you intend to use is listed as supported for that payment method
Any applicable conversion fees are determined by the payment provider and are outside of OneRoyal’s control.
