To comply with regulatory requirements and to unlock full account functionality, OneRoyal requires clients to complete an account verification process.
Follow the steps below to verify your account through the Client Portal.
Step 1: Start the Verification Process
Log in to your Client Portal
Click Verify Now (shown at the top of your dashboard)
You will be redirected to the Verification section
Unverified accounts may have limitations on deposits and withdrawals.
Step 2: Confirm Your Address Details
Complete the required address information, including:
Country of residence
City
Residential address
Postcode
Once completed, click Continue.
Step 3: Provide Personal & Financial Information
You will be asked to complete additional information, including:
Employment status
Industry
Estimated annual income
Estimated net worth
Source of funds
Investment experience
Reason for trading
After completing the fields, click Continue.
Step 4: Regulatory & Tax Information
As part of regulatory requirements, you will be asked to confirm:
Whether you are a politically exposed person (PEP)
Whether you are a US citizen or US tax resident
The country where you pay taxes
Whether you have a Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Your TIN, if applicable
Once completed, click Continue.
Step 5: Choose a Verification Method
You will now be asked to upload your verification documents. You can choose between:
Verification Options
Smart Verification
Proof of Identity (POI)
Selfie
Classic Verification
Proof of Identity (POI)
Proof of Address (POA)
Select your preferred option and click Continue.
Step 6: Upload Your Documents
Proof of Identity (POI)
Accepted documents include:
Passport
National ID card (If you select an ID card, both front and back copies are required.)
Driver’s license
Proof of Address (POA)
Accepted documents include:
Utility bill (issued within the last 6 months)
Bank statement (issued within the last 6 months)
Government-issued document showing your address
Important requirements:
Documents must be clear, uncropped, and readable
Your full name and address must be visible
Documents must not be older than 6 months
Once uploaded, click Upload Document to proceed.
Step 7: Verification Review
Once submitted, your documents will be reviewed by our Back Office team
Verification may take up to 1 business day
You will receive an email confirmation once your account is verified
