You can request a change to your trading account leverage directly from the Client Portal by following the steps below:
How to request a leverage change
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Navigate to Trader’s Menu > Accounts > Accounts Overview.
- Click on the trading account for which you wish to change the leverage.
4. Select Request New Leverage.
5. Choose your preferred leverage from the dropdown list.
6. Click Submit to send your request.
What happens next
- Your request status will appear as Pending.
- Once approved, you will receive a notification, and the updated leverage will be applied to your account.
- You shall also receive an email when your new leverage is confirmed.
Note: Leverage changes are subject to approval and may depend on account type, regulatory requirements, and trading conditions.
