If you need to update the Investor Password (Read-Only Password) for your trading account, you can do so directly from your Client Portal. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Go to Accounts → Accounts Overview.
Click on the account for which you want to change the Investor Password.
4.Next to Investor Password (Read-only mode), click Change.
5. Click Continue to receive a PIN at your registered email address.
6. Enter the following details:
- New password
- Confirm new password
- 4-digit PIN received via email
7. Click Continue to complete the process.
Confirmation
- You will see a message confirming that your password has been successfully changed.
- You will also receive an email notification containing your updated Investor Password and login credentials.
