You can easily change your MT4 or MT5 trading platform password directly from your Client Portal by following the steps below.
Steps to Change Your MT4/MT5 Password
Log in to your Client Portal.
Go to Accounts → Accounts Overview.
Click on the trading account for which you want to change the MT4/MT5 password.
Locate Trading Platform Password and click Change.
Click Continue to receive a PIN code sent to your registered email address.
Enter:
Your new password
Confirm the new password
The 4-digit PIN received via email
Click Continue to confirm the change.
Confirmation
You will see an on-screen confirmation that your password has been successfully changed.
You will also receive an email confirmation containing your updated trading credentials.
Important Notes
The new password applies to your MT4/MT5 trading platform login, not your Client Portal password.
Make sure your new password meets the required security criteria (uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, and minimum length).
