If you have forgotten your Client Portal password, you can easily reset it by following the steps below.
Step 1: Click on Forgot Password
Go to the Client Portal login page.
Under the password field, click Forgot Password.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address registered with your Client Portal account.
Click Continue.
Step 3: Check Your Email for the Reset Instructions
A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
The email will include:
A reset link, and/or
A PIN code to continue the process.
If you do not see the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Step 4: Enter the PIN Code
Return to the Client Portal.
Enter the PIN code you received by email in the required field.
Click Continue.
Step 5: Create a New Password
Enter your new password.
Re-enter the password to confirm it.
Make sure your password meets the minimum requirements (for example, at least 3 characters long).
Click Continue to complete the reset.
Step 6: Log In
Once your password has been successfully reset, you can log in to the Client Portal using your new password.
